#7 Tsunade

Tsunade also has monstrous strength and stamina, able to demolish landscapes with her punches. Her summon Katsuyu can heal entire armies at once. Despite her youthful appearance, she is over 50 years old.

Tobirama also established various village institutions and infrastructure. In the Second Great Ninja War, he sacrificed himself fighting the elite Gold and Silver Brothers.

Minato Namikaze popularly known as the Konoha’s Yellow Flash was the Fourth Hokage in the series. He was one of the students of Jiraiya and became a Hokage following his contributions to the war. 

Minato was a feared shinobi across all the villages and was able to take down 1000 shinobis all by himself. Furthermore, shinobi from other villages had a strict “flee-on-sight” order once they spot the Yellow Flash. A lot of fans would be shocked to see Minato ranked over Tobirama Senju but this is because Minato mastered the teleportation technique and took it to another level. It was also seen in the scene where all the Hokages join the war that Minato was not only the first to reach the battle but had already prepared for an attack. On top of all of these, Minato was capable of mastering Kyuubi Mode and was also the one who invented Rasengan.

#2 Hashirama Senju

Hashirama Senju also known as the “God of Shinobi” was one of the founders of Hidden Leaf Village alongside Madara Uchiha. He was the only shinobi, Madara considered an equal to him. He was the first Hokage of Hidden Leaf Village.

Hashirama Senju was a reincarnation of Asura. He possessed the rare and powerful kekkei genkai known as Wood Release (Mokuton). This ability allowed him to manipulate and create wood using his chakra. He had an incredibly vast chakra supply. His chakra levels were said to surpass all the other shinobis of his time. His battle against his rival, Madara Uchiha, was regarded as one of the most intense and legendary battles in Naruto history, where he took down Madara even though Madara had Nine-Tails under his control.

Naruto Uzumaki is the 7th Hokage of Hidden Leaf Village and undoubtedly the strongest. He is the Jinchuriki. Just like his father, Naruto was a student of Jiraiya and wanted to create “true peace” in the shinobi world.

Naruto is also a reincarnation of Asura and also receives the sage chakra from the Sage of Six Paths himself. He possesses a vast amount of chakra reserves and his control over chakra is commendable. Naruto’s power comes not only from his jutsus but also from his kindness and determination to get better every day. Although Naruto is a bit weak when it comes to Genjutsu, his wide arsenal of jutsus along with his various fighting mode makes up for it. Lastly, Naruto is the Jinchuriki of the strongest-tailed beast and has complete control over how to harness Kyuubi’s strength. Therefore, in our opinion, Naruto is the strongest Hokage in the Naruto series.
